Cil Stengel, theatre activist, offers consultation and scripts to groups who want to use theatre as a way to encourage dialogue and promote social change. Cil has been the director, writer and group facilitator of an award-winning performance group for thirteen years, Planned Parenthood’s Teen Theatre. Based in Southern Oregon, the group has performed original material in schools, conferences and community events under her leadership. Her consultation services offer the expertise that come with experience as well as scripted work that the group performed. Funds awarded with go toward the publication and distribution of scripts as well as the development of teaching materials.
